  I’ve been seeing Missi for massages for the past two years, and a few months ago I started having facial massage as part of my bruxism treatment and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. Her knowledge and care make every treatment feel amazing as she truly takes the time to understand what your body needs. It’s a very special and relaxing part of my month.   I've been Missi's client for many many years now and can't describe how much I love being looked after by her hands. She's so wise and careful.   I was looking for a massage therapist to assist me with my sport and after trying several therapist I found Missi, she is an amazing therapist that knows more of what is going on with my body than I do she is truly amazing, I  have also recently been having Facial Aesthetic Massage which has been amazing for stress relief.   I’ve been going to Missi for many years and her treatments are amazing. She has the uncanny ability to know exactly where your body hurts and gets right to the spot which requires treatment. After a remedial massage with Missi, which often includes dry needling and cupping, I float out of there and feel pain-free. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Maria Missi is the founder of Vital Energy Holistic Therapies and a remedial therapist with over 8 years of experience.

Her work blends clinical expertise with a holistic approach, specialising in remedial massage, Remedial Facial Aesthetics, myofascial release, and nervous system-focused treatments. Maria works beyond the surface — addressing the deeper patterns of tension held within the body, particularly through the chest, neck, jaw, and face.

Through precise and intuitive techniques, including intra-oral work, her treatments support pain relief, facial symmetry, tension release, and overall balance, while creating a sense of calm and reconnection within the body.
